Twelve-year-old Kouyama Mitsuki was devastated when she was diagnosed with a malignant tumor of the throat. She had made a promise to the boy she loves that she would one day become a singer, but her illness made singing impossible. To make matters even worse, two angels of death, Takuto and Meroko, appeared to Mitsuki and informed her that she only had one year left to live. This news provides an even greater motivation for Mitsuki to fulfill her dreams, and with a little bit of divine intervention, she begins her quest to become a professional singer so she can be reunited with Eichi before time runs out.

 

Kawaiii!!! This is a really good anime! Cute, Fun and with some drama.

I like the ending as well, but I know that many others don't. Tell your opinion!

    I loved the ending of the anime - I thought it was sweet and I cried :) The plot is so good and the songs are really catchy. The manga's plot is very different and is more darker but it's still good

    Fullmoon wo Sagashite, is the first anime who made me cry.
    i seriously am in love with this anime.
    i cried so much at the end, because you know i'm and Eichi fan:P
    This is a worth watch for romance anime Fans!

    One of my fav animes- the art is good, the songs are catchy and the plot is sad, sweet, funny and much more :) It seems lighthearted at first but towards the end I was crying so much and the ending was AMAZING :D
